Obbligato Business Partners was founded in 2006 by Shari Conley on the notion that small businesses should have access to the same level of accounting and tax services expertise that larger companies do. Having spent years as a Principle and Tax Manager at larger firms, Shari understood the advantages that enterprise-level companies received. She decided to start a local accounting and tax firm in her community to help the small business owners she knew would appreciate and utilize the expertise and customer service that she and her colleagues could provide.
