Shari Conley, CPA, MST is a founding partner at Obbligato Business Partners with over 30 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant. Before founding Obbligato, Shari served as Tax Manager and Principal at respected accounting firms. She received her Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Minnesota and her Master of Science in Taxation from DePaul University. Clients trust Shari’s expert advice on all matters related to taxation and accounting. 

 David Navarro has been a dedicated member of our firm since 2014 and has been a licensed CPA since 1986. He specializes in tax services for both individuals and businesses, as well as comprehensive tax advisory services. With decades of professional experience, David provides clients with trusted guidance, strategic insight, and reliable solutions. His long-standing commitment to excellence and professionalism has made him a valuable resource to both clients and colleagues alike. 

Sue Schroyer has been a valued member of our firm since 2019 and has been a licensed CPA since 1984. She specializes in tax services for both individuals and businesses, with additional expertise in tax planning. With decades of professional experience, Sue provides clients with trusted guidance and personalized strategies to help them achieve their financial goals. Christie Klapprodt has been a valued member of our firm since 2017, bringing with her more than 30 years of accounting experience. As a Certified QuickBooks Proadvisor, she specializes in the setup, training, and maintenance of company data and provides clients with accurate, organized, and reliable financial records. Christie’s extensive bookkeeping background and commitment to excellence ensures that our clients receive the highest level of service and attention to detail.
